It is a big money biz and no government has the balls to sent a few real estate agents in jail as well as a few mortgage brokers.
The same is happening in the mortgage broking industry but the authorities and the lenders are pretending there is nothing serious.
Have you ever wondered why there are so many bids in auctions where a developer is selling the property?
