How can someone who has enough money to buy a 500 000 house be that stupid. I work in sales and it aint that easy to pull the wool over people. First I would have to find a valuer to give false property valutions . That would basically mean they want to go to jail . Because doing so you would expect that consequence. Then some bank out there has to lend them the money! If the banks valuer does not value it up then they will not lend you the money for the property . A sales person is employed by someone to sell a property by law we should tell our seller if we feel the property is to expensive but we are under strict guidlines to follow their instructions to follow their orders . If we do not we are breaching the act and could be fined or worse still sued . We are also not allowed to tell a potential customer what we believe the value is if we did and the seller found out we proably would be sued . If these properities have been sold before it is a matter of public record and people can actually look this up and see the sale price.
