Yes the market is very murky at the moment. Even with an extension, Centro's problems will not be solved, not by a long shot, even though the SP will probably spike.
If the the U.S. economy tanks or if the Olympics turn sour and the Chinese economy hiccups then Centro will have to go through the whole process again come September.
If Centro manage to lower their gearing before then, which is no easy task, then I expect to be on an easy winner. Otherwise I'm looking at 2-3 years.
