Has anyone looked at the merits of buying property related shares at the moment rather than direct property.
For example, I've been buying the housebuilder Devine recently, code DVN. It's net asset value is over 200c, but I can pick up the shares for less than 70c.
That's the equivalent of picking up a $200k new build for $70k !
Has anyone got similar comparisons in other parts of the ASX property sector ?
