Mate property is still overvalued and its slowed down bigtime. I have heard rumours that a big aussie bank will be heading the way of HIH, etc etc . Yes ,and people are starting to hurt as they have borrowed every cent they possibly could and with medical insurance rising, rates rising,petrol rising etc etc -fire sales and repossessions will be plentiful in a years time.
