i have two residential investment properties...both in different areas...both have continued to rise the last 2 years, when property was supposedly in a slump.
If you buy in the right area, you cannot go wrong with property. Dont listen to the doomsayers, direct property is a great investment to supplement your shares.
Compare the growth of prices of houses in many blue chip residential areas to the growth in the ASX since the early 1900s.
