re:property will fall, you stuffed up! If any one has either over capitalised on housing, bought an expensive unit, bought the most expensive property in a suburb... well what can I say?
I have been buying and selling properties for over 20 years. Have always bought the worst, character house in the best suburb I could afford, and hey, what do you know? I have never lost, even when prices around me have plummeted.
Do your research, like you do with shares. Choose carefully.
I have never made less than $100k profit, sometimes selling within a month. Spend time looking for a good deal. Don't just grab anything. Don't let a partner bully you in to buying something 'because it looks pretty'. you will be bound to stuff up.
