You just keep on posting the good stories..I want to here them.
I have a list of 33 properties that have sold and resold in the last 2 years in Melbourne's inner south east. Only 4 of the 33 have sold at a higher price than what they were bought for. One sold at a 20% premium because of renovations and the other 3 at 2-5% obove purchase.
But ofcourse, you have the premium ones that never go down right?
The days of massive capital gains are over, the sooner people realise that the better off they will be.
