Don't try and burst my bubble. I bought cheap and I am quite sure the areas I bought in have appreciated unlike the Big Cities that you are all comparing things to. I have kept an eye on published reports on prices and all my areas have continued an upward move. You are probably right property will fall but not mine. Seaside town, Hills property, Booming town 30min from City CBD, Country town with great gains etc etc. Now is time to move to other Countries that are not as overvalued as Aust.
