re: re:property will fall, you stuffed up! I have already said, buy the worst house in the best suburb you can afford, put on some shorts and boots, yes, do some grunt work, clean it up, make it liveable, don't spend more than 10% more than what you bought the property for, you will do well.

Research, research, research.

I lucked out selling one 100 k more a month later. Generally, I spend a hard 3 months cleaning a property up, might include new wet areas, garage, aircon, gardens etc.

Sometimes I rent them out for a few years, then sell, more often than not, I put them back onto the market, or move into them myself, have a break, then find another one.

A lot of people do a hell of lot better than me.

Gee, I beleive in quality of lifestyle. I never have more than 4 properties on the go at a time. I know of some though who have over 300 properties on the go at a time. Sounds like too much hard work.
