re: re:property will fall, you stuffed up! I went to a intro night a few years ago about properties
and they were calling the top of the market at that time and a downturn coming up, but said it would start to go back up again in 2008 when the baby boomers will start to invest in properties
But I reckon there'll always be bargains out there. Read recently about Mt. Isa being the next good place to invest. Houses around $100k with good rent return
