re: pski ----> for john about 80% of home loans in the us are fixed for term loans ... it is business that is on variable rates, therefore if interest rates rise in the us it affect businesses more then mum's & dad's ... in aussie home owners get hit harder than business cause of risk management and interest rate swaps that go on
