Hey W C 8.and others Would you consider taking on a big fat mortgage ATM in a riverside Perth suburb? It's my call if I choose to.... I already own half of it and it would in all likelihood be quite long term. What do you think about Perth prices medium long term , are we in for more of a drop or will our strong economy pull us through this housing slump? Crysal ball stuff I know. Tretchikoff
