and I must say I have found your posts informative and intriguing
agree inflation is inevitable
not sure what happens in a stagflation
cannot see an exit from stocks and real estate
who wants cash when it diminishes every year?
does not my scenario that money will desire a home in bricks and mortar and or shares have some merit
under inflationary conditions?
