some govt labor bloke at a press conference today was going on about the huge shortfall and mess with public housing shortages....... he said industry will have to rethink about housing affordability......
nothing concrete there.....no policy by the govnuts.... nothing will happen.....
mind you, who in their right mind would want public housing......with its ugly little boxes, in ugly big ghetto's....
the very poorest of pensioners, are stuck with it..... ghettos provide huge crime numbers, where ever they are....
only low fixed rates are the encouragement people need for housing.....
else they are stuck with us property investors to provide the housing..... and currently investors are not building more, nor buying properties to rent out.... another stalemate.....
ps, for those that cheer the mortgage delinquencies.... everyone hurts, with the never ending rise in food, energy, petrol and interest rate hikes.....it affects everyone, including your friends and family, and worst of all, the elderly
