This is obviously a ramp associated with the housing industry and real estate agents.There was a investment show on telly several months ago stating Rutherglen in Rural Victoria was a real investment hot spot---wer were there last week and plenty of for sale signs, minimum agent activity etc etc. The credit squeeze is coming and good times are coming to an end.
