    Well done zeek, you have done well.

    I never said that property was a bad investment for the long term. It forms part of a balanced portfolio for anyone.

    My analysis is based on the current situation now and compared with the past.

    You will not get massive appreciation for the next few years like you have in the late 1990's, early 2000's.
