    I'd say there would be agents that have advised clients to remove the property from sale for "the winter"?

    RE: rental vancancies... you would think so, though 100,000 dwellings on total est rental stock of 2,700,000m (30% of 9.0m dwellings), is a 3.7% vacancy?

    Anything over 3% is an oversupply according to Sir Enzo.
