That note unfortunately sounds like nothing was learnt in the past year :(
I see "AAA ratings" and banks issuing debt... that sounds like a familiar snake-oil sales pitch I've heard some place before?
My instinctive fear is more air blown into a bubble.
Ahh well, all is well in the long term, if one buys value at cheap prices.
And in any event, my balls aren't crystal and who knows how much steam a reinflate will provide!
