Property up another 10%

With one cut down and more to follow people will have renewed confidence and low interest rates where as previously there was concern of increases.

With reducing interest rates I can't possibly see how property will not put on another 10% this year.

That asside...where's Massey? I'm miss him-this place is so bloody dead and boring without him around to stir the pot. Used to be I'd have to check posts at work during breaks just to keep abreast, now I get home and log on and wow only two posts for the whole day....
