I have 21 identical 3 bed terrace houses just round the corner from me. In fact 5 years ago I put an offer on one.
They are 6 years old. And their price has gone from high 600s to low 600s, one sold a few years ago for 599, they are now back to high 600s. Their value has gone precisely nowhere in 6 years. The "median house price" figure is a joke as far as reflecting the movement of individual property prices in Australia.
