    The one who doesn't get it is MacFarlane.

    For a man who's job security depends on high GDP and who must surely realise that the building industry has been the main driving force behind our economic growth for the past ten years, he sure has strange way of encouraging growth.
    Fortunately this one's out of his hands. Construction (including residential) will continue to be the engine driving our economy until he stuffs it up by increasing interest rates. And that's not going to happen any time soon.
    In the mean time we have to house the 25,000 additional migrants comming into the country next year on top of the 85,000 entering Australia at present.
    MacFarlane and the other so called pundits are talking through their ignorant arses.
