Let me remind you that Japan & Hong Kong experienced continual growth in property values for 35years on the back of low interest rates, low inflation & high growth.
The crash may come one day in the future but for now don't be afraid of prosperity & capital appreciation.
We spent so many years in an economic dark age that we have forgotten what it means to enjoy well earned & well managed prosperity.
