Being a real estate agent, aren't you obliged to talk up the property market?
The run has ended, people are in too much debt (nothing to do with interest rates).
Greedy investors that have bought in the last year or so will be the hardest hit. They think they can make a 30 to 50% profit in a year. Yeah right.
