What are some of the companies that banks use to determine a property's valuation for lending purposes?
I'm interested in a listed property and I'm finding it difficult to get a consistent valuation. I've used rpdata, on the house and domain - their valuations range from 390k-1m... There's no real comparable properties in the area making it difficult to compare.
So what reports do the banks use to value a property's.
