Absolutely right Bluebells...it may look very well on paper that there are 200k new immigrants every year but lots n lots of them are students who have recently acquired immigration and refugees that Australia accepts every year.
How can you expect them to buy properties worth the price that they are...who would be lending them when they really dont have the best secure jobs in the current fisical enviornment???So I guess there is more than just numbers regarding the immigrants
