Not to worry - the same thing is happening on the Gold Coast and, from anecdotal reports, the percentage declines seem to be on the low side in the article. Some property owners on the Gold Coast would have been happy if those small pecrcentage declines had translated to that area.
For a friend's sake I hope that this will be a short lived event but doubt that there will be any improvement for a long, long time.
