WA like Disneyland with highly inflated house prices based on a boom myth.... I recon the mean house value atm is 25% over the real long term price .
The big resource outfits are beginning to show cracks , and the WA State Govt is showing trouble with the latest budget forecasts out this week . Turn it will . REIWA in WA is a self motivated propaganda machine for the industry , figures are always over the top in my opinion .
