Janti...I see your point, and I think your example is rare, but they do exist...
Perhaps their funded by an extremely generous FTB system..
Also agree with posters that they will not save.. the reason...Humans are Human...they will spend what they earn 99 times out of 100 - its in the DNA...
Just like a rabbit in a field of grass - eats it all until its gone- then starve until a new field is found..
