Red, points taken on both sides here however, The average person on 60k would not be able to borrow 600k, very rare!
And if a leneder did they would want 20% deposit in plus costs, @130k deposit, this would leave a loan ammount of say 470k and repayments of 2300- 2800 per month, i think this is a more likely scenario.
Red, i take it you dont think property is worth investing!
