booz, I figured out ages ago they had no experience....and I would thought you knew that too...in fact from the start, you would have twigged.
basically tyre kickers.......hardly ever hear bad news from an experienced investor....
you may get the odd one or two who bought a home at some stage....but either through a split up, or other reason had to sell...and did not experience the benefits...
or the smarter ones, who sold expecting a downturn...still sitting on the side waiting for the big break
most of us are here to discuss the benefits of property ownership....but we have that element just here to argue
oh and the afr stats out today....props am interested in, they predict a whopping 3% drop....as if the median really means anything to the experienced people. cheers
