Friut and veg in supermarkets is over priced and never fresh. In most cases frozen food is fresher. Best still is go to local market and buy direct from farmer joe, always cheaper!! I go for a drive in country and buy whole kent pumpkins for 2$, limes at 25 cents. Magos paw paw and bananas dirt cheap. It helps the farmer because he does not have to transport. very cheap this way.
