I am not anti-property either, in fact, most bears like property too. Knowing when a horse has run its race though is where you make or break it though and anyone leveraging into property right now will be chasing an impossible dream if they think the gains of the past decades will be repeated. Far better value on the ASX, yield stocks going hard at the moment dwarfing property. Bulls are still in control on the ASX.
