Agreed Jazz, the proceeds of riding the property boom has done me well and given me the ability to capitalise on opportunities and spread the risk into other asset classes - agriculture, shares and cash. Would love nothing more than the opportunity to do it all over again, but the returns on property as an investment right now are abysmal despite the best borrowing opportunities in all of our lifetimes.
