Sunnyq .. first I commend you on calling Your " WiFE " a " WIFE " , I despise the stupid term " Partner " .
Anyhow my answer is certainly both , Im always in both , property works as a good support structure for it all . If I had to pick one , It would always be equities ..by my preference is always to be in both .
