timing is everything in stocks, even the best in sector and large caps. It need to be a very pro active investment these days.

I have plenty of diversification, including enough in stocks through super, and I play the specs with spare change, for kicks...but I wouldn't build my wealth on other peoples businesses (especially overpaid average ASX execs), I own 3 of my own.

My points are still valid when comparing the 2. Index manipulation and general market manipulation.

Property, in most cases is a very LT safe leveraged bet with great deductions even with just inflation rates over 20-30 years.
