well seeing it is Friday night i thought that i put in my 2 cents worth...
we have properties within a 10 k radius of melbourne...
the only thing that i can say is that they average over a period of 30 years...growth of 300 dollars per week....
now like everything it depends on your circumstances..
if you are in for a quick buck...dont go into properties..at this stage...stay in the stock market...as the change over etc..is quite expensive...but if you are in for the long hall...and of course you have bought right.....but like everthing it is your decision...
but you should be diversified anyway...
