I sold an investment property last week couldnt believe the price I got for the dump.

If Im going to invest that money back into other properties then something has to give.

Either the income from rent has to rise dramadically or property has to stall and maybe drop back at bit.

My money is on the property boom is over. People do not have the income for rents to increase and there is too many rentals in the market place.

Next boom wont be until the next decade
