Nickoo,
You have been right in the past and I believe that you will be right on this subject as well. I live in brisbane but cannot believe what prices people will pay for a sh&tho%se in Sydney. I saw a very average brick 3 bedroom home in Sydneys eastern suburbs go for 900k on one of those auction shows. This home would previously have been considered to be a working class home. This home would probably go for 300-350k in the best brisbane suburb. I work in Brisbane and get paid 55k was offered a job in Sydney doing the same thing for 69k. The point I am making is how do people pay off their loans, Pay in sydney is not that much higher than elsewhere yet housing is 3x more expensive this is not sustainable and is symptomatic of a bubble market which will inevitably burst.
Nickoo you are truly a sage and will emerge from the coming economic meltdown in great shape to take advantage of the mistakes made by average sheeple.
