Property ALWAYS goes up....yeah right... lol.
It will be higher in 5, 10, 15 years than is it no....you can't lose with bricks & motar.....
...all of these saying are EVIDENCE of the PSYCHOLOGY of the general property investor.
The psychology is one of extreme faith and bullishness... of a secular top in property assets...there's no mathematical reasoning behind these blanket statements... the believers only give examples of past behaviour as proof of expected future returns.
