I disagree completely with you based on the following.

I started working in the bank in 1987 and was on $9600 pa (still makes me laugh)

Employees starting off now are on $30,000 pa, thats a threefold increase in 16 years.

Today there are alot more millionaires than 5 years 10 years and 15 years.

Nickoo wages go up people today have more money money than they use to.

And like the other poster said people only paid $12000 40 plus years ago and are sitting now on 1/2 million dollar properties.

I know one day my properties will be worth a million dollars, just hope then I can buy a can of beer and a pack of ciggies for under $1000
