When the property market starts its decent, it will be long, and drawn out, and painful, and financial crippling, and very large.
Many, many people will get burnt big time. Many will curse and blame others.
Initially, the fall will be contained... many silly fools will come in and snap up what they consider to be "bargains" once we get a 15/20% correction...so it's possible we'll see a reasonable sized fall and then a bounce that will lead to many believing every thing's OK ----- BIG MISTAKE.
It's all down hill from here for a minimum of 15 years...
