Q...Initially, the fall will be contained... many silly fools will come in and snap up what they consider to be "bargains" once we get a 15/20% correction...so it's possible we'll see a reasonable sized fall and then a bounce that will lead to many believing every thing's OK ----- BIG MISTAKE.
So Nickoo are you saying that people wont get married and want their own home , population growth will slow immigration will stop,and this will reduce the demand for real estate in our popular Cities and spread out to the suburbs in the future ,
I don’t think so mate the only people who suffer are the ones that purchased on a small deposit and a large mortgage, then try to keep it together on two salaries,
Still think I will sit on my rental properties as I have noticed over the years they may slow down in growth but never go backwards if you buy wisely,
One of my biggest mistake I made in the past in real estate was not buying more.
