history repeats...same theme, same whinge, same hero's, same crazy bubble topic....as was reported on this forum in 1999 and 2000....and repeated at regular intervals for the past 10 + years...
the sky is falling in, prices will drop 30-50%, renters will go home to mum and dad, investors will lose everything....yadda yadda yadda

in the meantime, prices have gone from 200,000 to 800-900,000 in some suburbs in that space of time
some have gone from 75,000 to 250,000 in the regionals and unloved places...

and every now and then, another poster arrives on the scene, who needs to post the same message at least 30 times a day.....in order to get his message across......

in the meantime, thousands of ordinary people are out there buying houses every week, putting a roof over their heads, finding a bargain, making money from property...and some are happily renting, living their life to the full...
