What would happen if the bank now gives you a change to pay your mortgage over 40 - 80 years instead of 25 years? What will happen if the government remove land tax in July this year? What will happen if the government allows foreign investor to invest in local property market, ie Cairnes? What will happen if the interest rate drop by 0.25%? ie. June 2006.
... I hold some solid property that has appreciated in the last 2 years. If it’s going down, it’s not in my area. .. IMO.. if you get into a good suburb, it will give you good return.
