Thanks for the thoughtful response. As you say, cash as of Dec 31st 2010 will be drained by the end of April at 2010 rates. Then you have the launch of AOD, let's say $3m, thus by the half year cash reserves could be down to roughly $4.0 -$4.5m and that's without lifting a finger to kick off phase 2 oxy and develop the patch. Of course they can dump the Prophase stock (now only worth $1.6m) but that only buys you another 2-3 months.

In short POH requires a very quick ramp up in sales to get to a cashflow positive state before the cash runs out, this from an unknown brand in a competitive market place.

If they have an ace up their sleeve, they're keeping it well hidden.
