i have done some reading misty and it is very likely that china, like india, had christianity at her heart.

chinas christian population is growing exponentially.

the emperor sacrificed to shangdi which was called the border sacrifice. it was stopped in 1910 (i think) but it had lost its meaning by then

its also possible that confucius also believed in the god of abraham isaac and jacob.

dont completely write the idea off misty. its possible you dont have much knowledge of that because its something you would not look for. it is my belief and that of others that china knew the god of the bible

eg check the character for the word boat or zhou. it has been simplified now but it can be written made up with three characters - vessel, eight, person/mouth - the ark, noah and his family, eight off.

just keep an open mind misty - not everything is in plain sight. might also be an idea if you got to know a few chinese christians as well
