islam suffered what appeared to be a mortal wound with the death of the ottoman empire only to be revived later under imho, the turkish caliphate which is being built now.
further i am not so sure china will play any significant role as is popularly believed. china is growing as a christian nation and returning to her roots. again imho. just about every chinese i meet nowadays is christian
