Thanks for stating the obvious Trendy re not being a football team....Mate...I've been building & commissioning mines/refineries for over 30years in Aus & as an expat & i know the all about the problems that arise when attempting to go from ramp up phase to optimisation phase...one word folks.....PATIENCE!!!!...& plenty of it, the processes & problems can be very fluid & forever changing & sometimes complex & I mean from hour to hour....So If you have not got any patience...its easy....sell up & get out
