    How is it that PropertyGuru manage to have a clean, consistent format across their portfolio of websites, yet IPP have all different formats, different ad positions and tech, seemingly different stages of development all across their network?

    Must increase their coding development and maintenance costs significantly to run the different websites this way, seems inefficient to me.
